{Our Story}

{Change is Good} During our peak bridal/Prom season which spans from April-October I would see my family an average of 14 hours a week. I have a 9, 8, and 1 year old and an amazing husband that supported me through it! I would watch my kids grow and miss everything they were doing... Every day of the week I would be here. I would spend my days on the sales floor, and then every night I would spend sewing because there wasn’t time to do it during the day.
I {LOVED} every minute of it. I got to do what I loved, helping brides, designing dresses, alterations that would transform a dress, But at what price. We were only getting busier and it’s not cheap to have employees. 2012 I had one AMAZING employee {Briana} and another contract seamstress {Kandee}. They made it possible to take a day off now and then, but the work was still crazy.  I would stay a wake till all hours of the night, just to start again tomorrow.  Some weeks I would be sewing or working and only go home to shower and then come right back.
So a {Decision} had to be made...do I keep it up or do I take my life back.  I can always open another bridal shop.. I can’t however raise my kids again.  The decision is a good one.  I can’t not do this however, it is me. I love it to much. So the decision to downsize and just do custom design and alterations was made.
